Why Do We Need Art and Somatic/Spirituality?
回歸生命本質
生命之基礎為身體,探問身體與身心連結,能讓人接近本質以及回歸自我,也因而可能解決許多生命中的困境與問題。不論個體之追求為何,都須透過身體——包含追求靈性與超越身體。
建構解放媒介
生命之探索需要媒介。媒介的意思是,「透過」它們來研究生命,但又不執著於其。每個人都能尋找到自己的獨特媒介,而藝術正是最好的媒介之一,因其「自由與解放」的力量。
積極創造意義
生命之意義由個體探索、反思與決定。回歸本質之身/心、探索靈性,藉由身體與藝術這兩個媒介,進而掌握其「創造」的能力。最大的創作,便是生命本身。積極地接觸創作,便是積極創造生命意義。

生命中軸三位一體
同時梳理人文社會科學學術理論研究思辨、社會連結性的實踐與身心靈修行。所有課程,皆具有這三個面向。透過兼顧三個面向的檢視,能更挖深內涵及建立全面的思考及實踐,建立自己的生命中軸。
治本與修行
身心靈課程時常出現的缺憾是:在課堂中感到被療癒及救贖,但無法在日常生活中延續。於是,相對於短暫的治標,期望探究治本的生命觀思考。身體力行的「修行」,比起玄幻的靈性來得更根本。
跨媒介全面真知
如莊子所言之「莫若以明」,具高度與全面的探究是為必要。提供性/愛、身體/身心、藝術、語言/發聲、文字書寫等各類課程,希望從多面向看見生命。生命是複雜與變化的,須從各種角度檢視。
Media is the channel for the meaning and messages to pass through instead of being the dedication itself. However, for the past few years, I have found the old-fashioned view of artistic creation, about the product and the artist's brand, not suiting my purpose in life. Since then, I have dedicated myself more to teaching and have been forging my systems and pedagogies as a new artistic form. Since 2017, I have created courses including "Sex and Love," "Non-traditional Modeling Method," "Zhuangzi Somatic Praxis," "So(und)matic Integration," and "Sensual Bodily Writing." At the moment, I am working on my dance, performance art, and Contact Improvisation systems. Compared to performance, teaching is the platform where I can really encounter life and facilitate changes in both themselves and myself, possibly society. Hence, I see teaching as my new form of socially engaged art.
Moreover, recently I started to do criticism and learn dramaturgy. I am finding new ways of engaging with art other than focusing on the limited sense of authorship, ownership and reputation.

江峰的課程則兼具清晰的理論闡釋與實際操作,課程內容隱含一種生命觀,一種哲學觀,關於人要如何活在這世界上的思想。所有課程中操作的練習,都是基於上述的生命觀而動,因此實作有理論佐證不會流於空泛,理論又有實作支持不會流於學術化。
另外江峰的認真程度就不需多說了,常常不注意時間超時。你會在課堂中真正感受到所謂的「傾囊相授」,能帶給你的收穫絕對超乎你的想像。
江峰上課的風格對我來說是相當的犀利、實在,對學生的問題往往也會直接命中核心,對各種概念的的表述也相當清楚。

從人文社會科學出發,省思性與性別政治。拆解接觸即興的「聆聽」與「建議」思維,並加入各類身心與思想活動來打破並重新建構具有政治動能的性/愛實踐,也探索全新的生命可能與情感關係。
Starting from the Humanities and Social Sciences, the course reflects on sexual and gender politics, learns from Contact Improvisation's “listening” and “suggestion” mindset, and is joined with various somatic and critical activities to de/reconstruct the sex/love practices with the political agency to explore new possibilities of life and interpersonal relationships.
「以模特為媒介探索身心。」是舞蹈、冥想與表演課的結合。「緩慢的知覺舞蹈」加入鏡頭互動,最終期望透過攝影找尋每個人身體的獨特性與美,並與鏡頭焦慮和解。
"Exploring the somatic through modeling." The course is a combination of dance, meditation, and performance. Through "the slow and perceptual dance" and the interaction with the camera, people are encouraged to find the uniqueness and beauty of their own through photography and to reconcile with the anxiety when facing the lens.
以莊子哲學為基底,加入「亞歷山大技巧」啟發之身心學實踐,添上冥想與橫膈膜呼吸法,以期找到身體、身心與生命的「鬆」,並前往健康、整合、流動的狀態。
Based on Zhuangzi's philosophy, this course then brings in the somatic practice inspired by the Alexander Technique, along with meditation and diaphragmatic breathing method to find the "relaxation" of body, soma, and life, and achieve a healthy, integrated, and flowing state.

Combining the practice inspired by the Alexander technique, presence practice, resonance, breathing training, voice projection, spatial awareness, articulation, text reading, etc., the course returns to and recognize your own voice from the somatic perspective to achieve the confident and embrace your unique voice.

詳細介紹 Full Introduction
以拉邦動作分析與主題符號撰寫探索身體的感官、動作、記憶、歷史、符號,來深化與擴延語言與文字的使用。實踐者將做為動者、觀者、寫者與讀者,使感知與書寫互補,成為獨樹一幟的文字書寫者。
This course explores the senses, movement, memory, history, and signs of the body with Laban Movement Analysis and Motif Writing to deepen and expand the use of language and words. Practitioners will act as movers, viewers, writers, and readers, complementing perception with writing, and eventually become unique writers.
深度開發雙手的身體語彙,研究由手指、手掌、手腕、手臂至肩膀與肩胛所共同營造的無限細語。化用街舞、Gaga、接觸即興與身心學等,訓練手的操作、直覺與感官,進而掌握手的多面敘事能力。
This course will deeply develop the body vocabulary of hands and study the infinite speech jointly created by fingers, palms, wrists, arms, shoulders and shoulder blades. Using street dance, Gaga, Contact Improvisation and Somatics, etc., to train the maneuver, intuition and senses, the participants are expected to master the multi-faceted narrative ability of the hands.
